Switchboard to monitor the System Extensions and/or the External Calls

    Per Nick of 3CX in a response to my forum post in regards to conference calls to external numbers not showing up on the Switchboard.

    "The reason for this is because the Switchboard as it is currently implemented shows calls in which Extensions are involved in, not calls that System Extensions are involved like the Conference Extension.

    The reason you see calls in the Switchboard from other extensions to an external number is because an extension is involved in that call. For the same reason though, if you have an Inbound Rule that immediately sends a call out to a different External Number, this will not show up in the Switchboard either.

    I would recommend putting in a feature request in the 'Ideas' section stating that you would also want the Switchboard to also monitor the System Extensions and/or the External Calls as well."
