Hi, Having an issue with a switched off mobile as part of a ring group. The mobile is being dialled using a sip trunk. When the mobile is switched off, the call is eventually answered by the sip provider with a default message and consequently calls do not reach the designated 3CX mail box. As a temporary resolution I have reduced the ring group ring time and with a ring time of less that a certain value calls are routed to the 3CX mail box before the sip provider answers. Looking at the attached log, the provider immediately gives a "Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched" Is there a way that 3CX can interpret this to not persist further with this extension as part of the group?
