    Hi,

I have just installed 3CX on Windows 2008 R2 (on a virtual machine under Hyper-V) and followed the instructions to enable Desktop Experience etc but for some reason anytime I make a call to a queue or IVR or voicemail, where there would normally be a prompt of some kind, instead there is just a quick beep.

This also occurs when making inbound/outbound calls, any time there should be a ring it is just silent. (The destination phone still rings, just the caller receives silence instead of a ring tone)

I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling 3cx and restarting the virtual machine to no avail.
The logs aren't showing any errors.

Any ideas what the cause might be?

    Thanks,

    Martin

I am also having the same problem. I had the PBX on another macnine (WINXP) but had to move it to a new one (W2K3 Server) after a screw up on the WINXP computer. Ever since I moved it earlier today I haven't been able to get it to work or find a solution.

If anyone has a solution would be greatly appreciated.
