Hello - any reason why the 'record by phone' would be greyed out
So much information here.
im trying to replace the call back recording. under system prompts. but record by phone is greyed out. How do i upload a recording or have the phone ring so I can record a new one.
You haven't given any information such as version of 3CX, phones in use, paid version or not. We are not mind readers.
15.5 SP2, Yealink T46S, paid pro version - sorry for the lack of information
You first need to copy the set, set it as the current one, and then you can modify.
Download the one that came today first.
