Tapi Incoming call handling

    We have been setting up and testing 3cx. great product. we are about to go live and have one more major issue to resolve. We have a CRM system that supports tapi, it is working well with our Avaya phone system :)

    When a call comes in (on the avaya) our CRM searches and displays all records which have the phone number of the the incoming call registered to it, the operator then clicks the correct record and away they go!!

    With the 3cx Tapi we can see that when the call comes in it sends information to the crm, but then it disconnects within about .5 second, and no more information is sent through tapi to the CRM package. We do not mean that the call disconnects, the call is fine, our softphone/voip client shows the correct number, our hardphone (spa 941) shows the correct number, but the tapi seems to only send the informatio for a fraction of a second and then gives up. Is this behaviour by desgin or a bug/issue?

    any one got any idea?
