    Hi

    We have moved to the latest version of 3CX server and also the 3CX Phone for Windows. We have found the 3CXClickToCall no longer works and the TAPI information (such as ion a nbound call) is no longer working correctly in CTI mode. They seem to work in Softphone mode.

    Has anyone else experienced this / is this a known bug?

    We are about to roll back the 3CX Phone for Windows Softphone to attempt to resolve this. Obviously it is a little harder to rollback the main server.


    We are running Professional Perpetual 15.5.8801.3 with the softphone version matching this version number.


    EDIT
    We found this iasue to be unrelated to the version and actually related to a DHCP gateway being incorrect.
