    I'm trying to integrate with a 3cx using TAPI.

    I posted a while ago about this, but had to move onto other priorities, but now trying to get this working.

    The customer has a standard 3cx system (i.e. not PRO). Version 15.5.0.

    I'm trying to use the phone dialer in windows to place a call, but get an error. I've turned on logging, and in the log file get the following error;

    There is no physical phone connected to this server, but the 3cx client is installed/working.

    Does a physical phone need to be connected on the machine the multi-line tapi driver is installed?

    Do you provide an evaluation PRO license, so we can check to see if this works before purchasing the upgrade?

    I'm not sure, you would have to ask that to your sales contact...
