tariff changes and reports

    If we change the tariffs in 3cx, does that apply to reports on calls from that point onwards or on reports run for any date ranges?

    The reason I ask is that I've updated our tariff, but for the life of me, i can't get mobile calls to show in the report as anything other than the default (1p) cost.

    I've tried the following dial codes in the billing section

    00447
    004407
    07
    7

    But when I run the reports the mobile calls (all showing in the reports as being to 07xxxxx) show costs that match with the default 1p call charge and not the new cost I have assigned them.

    Any ideas why this is?

    Anyone?

    Someone must have changed the tariff rates for the purpose of reporting and had this working.
