    Hi
What is the current version of software on the phones?
You may need to upgrade to an earlier version in order to upgrade the Bootloader first.

    Hi
If my memory serves me right you need to upgrade to version 5.0 first, if you need this version feel free to "PM" with your email address and I send it to you.

I don't quite know what that rubbish is about Movie of the year, but anyway, back to the initial question:

The reason why it can't find the SEP<MAC>.cnf file is that you have named it incorrectly - your "SIP<MAC>.cnf.xml" file should be called "SEP<MAC>.cnf.xml" instead.
