Right, I've installed 3CX in a new environment. All SIP providers are registered and all internal soft/hard phones work. I can make incoming & outgoing calls no problem. I can't however get external soft phones to work. I can see from the debug log it says it's connected, then ended by the server. Do I have to open & forward 9000 > 9049 to get this working? I thought the 3CX Tunnel would negate the need for this. Also, apart from the Event and System logs, is there a real time log I can see each connection coming in as? All help gratefully received!
