The IP has been blacklisted. Too many failed authentications

Hello,
we have 3cx pbx + 2n voiceblue gsm gateway.
Every day our gsm gw ip is blacklisted, error: The IP 192.168.11.243 has been blacklisted for 1800 sec. Reason: Too many failed authentications!
Maybe someone else have same system, and can share configurations? I don't understand what is these failed authentications.
Any suggestions is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Has one of your GSM Gateway this IP-Address? Is this your local range?

Hello,
it means the authentication ID and password you setup for the device is not correct with what the PBX has in it's configuration for the gateway and therefore after the configured amount of failures the IP address of your gateway is getting blacklisted.
Check Authentication ID and password on both the device and the PBX and make sure they match.

Yes 192.168.11.243 is gsm Gw ip. Yes it is our local range.

The problem is what in gsm gw is no any options enter authentication ID and password (so i hoping maybe someone else have 2n voiceblue, and can share info, how correct need make configurations).
