The option to create new call queue in 3cx is grayed out

    Hi ,
    I am new to 3cx though but have learnt a lot since i have started using 3cx
    I am trying to create new call queue for my installation

    Can you please tell me is the option to "Add new" call queue a paid feature .
    I have read that for version 7 it was a paid feature > Is that still a paid feature

    Any updates ... are welcome

    Yup, looks like it still is. http://www.3cx.com/phone-system/edition-comparison.html

    You can always apply the Demo key that you would have received when you download the PBX. This will allow you to test the feature.

    if you only need 2 calls simultaneous use the demo key, else you need to purchase a license
