the problem of transferring an incoming call to the 3cx client

    Good day came up with a problem.
    3СХ client, all the latest versions
    I can not translate the call, the transfer button is not active.
    The user has the right to an active call.
    What's the problem do not tell me ??

    Hello @lanmaster1

    Can you please specify what version PBX you are running? You can see the exact version on the dashboard under the Information column next to the licence tab.
    Also what is the version of the 3CX client?
    Is the client local to the PBX or remote? Can you explain the call flow in more detail so we can further advise?

    The version for Windows is used, the screen is attached.
    The client's last version.
    Remote connection via the Internet.
    The call is received by the client, the voice is there, when you make the button to transfer the call, the subscriber is held, if you dial the number, the green TRANSFER button is not active, or you select from the list of the internal subscriber nothing happens, the client does not dial the number or it is not clear what does, return to a call after everything is not possible.
