ThinkTel SIP Trunk template issue

    Created a SIP Trunk using the latest ThinkTel SIP Trunk template in 3CX V15 SP4. Filled in the correct outbound proxy IP, 206.250.80.100. But when making outgoing calls the 3CX server kept attempting to connect the calls to IP, 206.250.80.20, of course all failed.
    Anybody here can have the magic to push 3CX engineers check this issue?

    Any resolution to this yet? 3CX engineers, please help us out with this issue.

    I just went through the thinktel template and the only IP that's in there is 206.80.250.100. You mentioned 206.250.80.100... did you maybe type it wrong in 3cx too ? Either way this doesn't seem like a 3cx issue ...

    I put 206.250.80.100 as the outbound proxy. But calls try to connect to 206.250.80.20 anyway. Don't know where 3cx picked up this wrong IP.

    Sorry please ignore my typo in the previous reply. I put 206.80.250.100, but calls went to 206.80.250.20.
