This call cannot be completed about the alert

    Hi,

    I'm trying to do projects with Voice Application Designer, but "this call can not be completed" will give. system based on Windows 2012. project works in a simple way as in the picture. and I added the following log files.

    Hi there!

    What version of the VAD are you using? I see the error "Invalid document structure" which is something we have fixed some time ago.

    Currently the latest version is 14.0.4103.0 and you can download it from here:
    http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/3CXCallFlowDesigner.exe (new link for v15.5)

    Please, check if you need to upgrade, and in that case do it and retry. Let us know if the issue is fixed after that.

    thank you for reply. I am using the 12.5.3967 version. I'll try to update version.
