Solved This site can’t be reached

    First time installation of 3CX looks successful, however when I got 'Congratulations, Your 3CX Installation is ready", I am unable to access https://IP:5001. It said "This site can’t be reached", although I rebooted the server. How can I check if the http service is running? or something I might miss?

    Tell us a little more.
    Windows or Linux?
    Cloud or local?
    If it's windows go to services and verify all 3CX services are running. I've found that they seem to not autostart for the first few times on WIndows 10 Pro.
    If it's linux, then service nginx restart.
    Did you point your firewall ports to the right places?

    Thanks jimbo59 for the quick response.

    It's debian 9.2.1 in local. I found what issue was the IP was static IP from ISP that's my Modem/Router. I changed it to my server's IP and works.

    So far 3CX works great I'll continue to explore...
