Does anyone know of any CRM that integrates with 3CX where customers can enter a ticket/reference number before being transferred to an agent? The workflow we are trying to achieve is something like. Customer emails support and received an automated ticket number. Customer call in to the 3cx PBX. They receive a challenge to enter a valid ticket number. If successful they are forwarded to an agent. If unsuccessful they are forwarded to an external number. Is this even possible via 3cx?
