ticket system integration

    Dear one,

    I want to integrate 3CX with the system used by my support team.
    I want to be able to collect the call when it comes in and then inform this to my system and generate a protocol number for that specific call.
    Where can I collect calls in real time? Can someone help me?

    What ticketing system are you currently using? You need to be a little more specific for us to help you.

    But you can also check Tenfold, a 3rd party CTI solution. It can integrate 3CX with helpdesks like Zendesk, Freshdesk, and more. It has an automatic call logging feature which, I think, is what you are looking for.

    I use a named system from gerenet and another that is named from elitesoft. They are Brazilian systems. It is not listed in this API.
    I'd really like to collect the calls the moment they arrive. Because, to my mind, the database just inserts the call information after it's done. Is this right?
