Time-based outbound call routing

    Is is possible to route outbound calls via time/day of week? I've found that it can be done for inbound calls but I can't find a way to do it for outbound calls.

    Specifically what I'm trying to do is go via SIP during office hours but via PSTN during the evenings and weekends, where calls are free. I'm using a SPA-3102 as the SIP/PSTN gateway.
