Some of my customers have extensions in two Time Zones. However, it appears that 3CX's VoiceMail system when transcribing the date/time to voice it only will tell you time based upon the Time Zone of the 3CX PBX's Clock.

Both the VoiceMail's Voice transcription of the date/time and any eMails sent to the owners of the extension should be adjusted based upon the Time Zone of the Extension with an option to enable/disable the feature. Further, it could be worth while to include both the date/time of an extension even with the PBX's Local Time and the Extension's Local Time in all eMails for reference!
