Solved Today Call Log Disappeared after today update.

    Hi,

    Today after installing the latest update on the server I can't see the call history for today calls, only from yesterday and older.... this it's on 2 different servers hosted on GPC.

    Any hints ?

    It looks like its related to the time, if I select show yesterday logs, it shows for Feb 06 2018, not Feb 07 2018....

    Yes, that's what I meant by installing the latest update.

    Updated to "15.5.8801.3" today (02/08/2018), and we're also experiencing the reported behavior(s).

    - After update, unable to view logs for today's date, 02/08/2018.
    - When clicking "Call Log" without any filters it shows records for 02/07/2018.
    - When applying filter for "Yesterday" it shows records for 02/06/2018.

    Potential bug?

    I was able to change the server date to the next day 02/09/2018, to view today's (02/08/2018) records.

    However, I wouldn't recommend this as a fix.

    Agreed, I am currently rolling back one of our servers.

    I am seeing more issues with SP3 than actual fixes or new features.

    They haven't commented anything so far, so I would guess it's a bug and they'll try to push it asap. I hope :) ..... how can I downgrade ?

    We keep daily backups, for 7 days.

    I am trying to look for a 15.5 SP2 download file or link.

    May rollback to a previous version using a backup.

    I currently have a installer for "15.0.55955.0", if needed.

    Im running servers on Google Cloud, and have backups taken every night, if I restore to lastnight backup would this downgrade ?

    Yeah it looks like they wanted to do hot testing in the wild, not very smart!

    I don't believe so since that is primarily data and configuration files.

    Your will need to reinstall "3CX Phone System" from a previous version, and make sure your backup is for that version.

    I can't speak for Google Cloud, as we currently use Amazon EC2, however the process should be the same I believe.

    I was able to locate the following 3cx Phone System 15.5 SP2 link for Windows.
    http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/3CXPhoneSystem155.5932.2.exe

    I have the following files if needed:

    3CXPhoneSystem155.5932.2 - Windows
    3CXPhoneSystem155.6354.2 - Windows

    Note that 15.5.5932.2 is SP2 beta version.

    I logged in from a different computer and now call logs are working. So maybe try clearing browser cache to see if that fixes it.

    Thanks for the info; it was from a public release link.

    Is 155.6354.2 a SP2 final release, non-beta; this is what we had previously.

    Thanks for that, confirmed working on another PC, different network also.

    Little things that we forget to check.

    I assumed it was similar to the recording issue in the previous build.

    Still going to keep the installers archived in the future.
