Hello, Couple of our clients have toll free numbers via SIP or PRI. They are requesting quite a bit that if a call came in from their toll free number.. they shouldn't have the ability to transfer the call internally.. to ensure they don't pay heavy toll-free cost. They are also worried because people can use that as a u-turn to call out. Example: Someone calls into the toll-free number.. and a extension answers and then in return transfer the call to a external number, or even a international number. This honestly is quite a custom request.. but we can relate to similar scenarios in other places. Essentially.. maybe a ability on the inbound rule which allows the admin the allow/dissallow call transfer to another extension / external number etc. Thanks.
