Tones do not work when dialing out.

    Hello,
    I seem to having problem when using the phone keypad to select option when dialing out. I recently called a store and tried to use my phone Lynksys SPA962 to select the appropriate option. I can hear the tones when I push the number but the selection is not accepted. Its as if the system on the other end can not hear the tones. Any clue on why this could be.

    What audio codec are you using? g729 perhaps?

    Two ways i found this to work for me. If i do not have PBX delivers audio on the extension selected in 3cx, Inband + info worked the best for me. If pbx delivers audio is on the extension in 3cx i needed to set the phones DTMF to AVT + info.


    This is using a grandstream 4108 with analog lines.
