Track call volume by DID

    Many clients want to know the call volume of their incoming DIDs.

    At this time, there's no report to show call volume, unless each DID is first run through a "dummy" extension, from which reports can be generated.

    Please consider reports on incoming DIDs.

    Interesting idea! Can't help thinking the data might already be in the DB if you wanted to write some SQL in the meantime.

    Using our 3CX Exporter tool, you can get the information you need from the cl_party_info table PROVIDED you give a name to your inbound rule that contains the DID number.
