Transfer Button disabled in now Version

    I have recently upgraded to V12 and now experience the problem where using the Att. Transfer causes the call to be put on hold with no way of recalling it.

    The Att.Transfer button places the call on hold, opens line 2 on the softphone and allows me to dial the number to transfer to however the transfer button, as well as the hold button then become disabled on both lines.

    I can revert back to the first call once and then if I attempt to transfer it again, the first line also becomes problematic and I cannot always get back to the caller. The only option I have is to drop the call.

    This has only started with V12 and I am not sure where to look. I have tried different codecs etc.

    any advice would be welcome.

    hello affur,

    Please note that once you press the Att.Transfer it will place the call on hold, open line 2 then will allow you to dial the number that you want to transfer to. Once that call has been answered, then you will have the hold and transfer button enabled.
