Transfer call when queue is ringing

    Hello Guys.

    I have serveral clients, who are in the same call-queue.
    Their problem is, when queue is ringing, they cant transfer call to each other.

    EXT 202 Has a call, which he needs to transfer to EXT 203.
    Call queue is ringing, with "RING ALL" method.
    In that case EXT 203, will be busy, and cant accept the transfer from EXT202.

    How do we solve that?
    I found this previous topic, with the excact same problem, however it does not seem to be solved.

    I hope you are able to help me.

    Correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds as if they are trying to transfer an existing call to an extension, that is already ringing, as a part of a queue.

    If the set has additional line keys, perhaps assign an additional extension number that is not part of the queue. Calls could then be transferred to that extension key, on the set.
