transfer calls from myphone loose audio

    I've noticed since updating to v11 that when a user (or even myself) transfers a call using the myphone app instead of the phone, the call looses audio. for example, a call is coming in through the auto attendant and i right click on the call and choose transfer and transfer to say sp1 or an extension and the call looses audio. another example, call is on hold and right click on call and transfer to a users voicemail. a voicemail is left with no audio. is this a known bug? has anyone else noticed this or is there maybe a setting i'm missing? any help would be appreciated. thanks.

    This isnt a bug I've heard of or seen any post about, You will get a better response if yuo post a server log replicating the issue. Are you seeing no media traffic in the wireshark log when you attempt to transfer from my phone?
