    Hallo

Which is the key sequence to put ON HOLD and TRANSFER a call to another internal extension? I am expecting to have something like "*67*Extension" to transfer the call to another one
I also need to know which sequence is required to take the call ownersip

I just have the followings manuals
    3CXPhoneSystemManual31.pdf
    3CXCallAssistantmanual31.pdf

    Is there anything else available?

    What phones are you using?

Most hardware and software phones have a hold button.
Most hardware phones have a xfer button, most softphones have a xfer button with some exceptions:
3cx Softphone - no xfer button
3cx CallAssistant - you can xfer a call.
X-Lite - upgrade is needed to get the xfer button enabled.

Sorry I thought that was part of the free version of CA. I knew it had some limits but wasn't sure what that was. I'm using a purchased version so I forget what's added with the license.

Thanks for the prompt help! I see... not so easy..

Is it the same for the Voice Mail? For example with another PBX server, you have the following command to interact with your voice mail?

    06*<extension> --- IVR
    07*<extension> --- Voicemail greeting
    08*<extension> --- Voicemail review/Setting
8 --- Access your own Voicemail box by dialing 8 from phone

Do you have hints to provide a more interaction with the Voice mail

    Thanks again

    Marcomb

To reach voicemail from any extension just dial 999. Then you will get the regular enter extension, enter password prompts. Doesn't matter what phone you use. From there you have all the options - change greetings, password, etc.
