Transfer/Hold Music

    Just upgraded to V15 about a week ago. When callers select a queue from the main digital receptionist. It just says transferring call and then a few moments of silence. How do I get the old music go kick in here like it used to? We have people hanging up thinking the call was disconnected if it takes someone longer than 5-10 seconds to answer.
