Transfer on area code

    Hello everybody,

    I'am new to the VAD and I hope someone can help me.

    Is it possible to create a route that the caller can enter their area code en they get transferred to a number that's connected to that area code in a database?

    Hello Joost,

    Yes, the VAD is perfect for that. You need to use a User Input component to let the user enter their area code, and then a Database Access component to query the database and get the destination number for that area code. Then you can transfer the call to that number.
