transfer problem

    i can't transfer incoming call, please type the decision of problem

    Are you using a 'Blind Transfer' or an 'Attended Transfer' method? Does it disconnect the call about 30sec after the transfer or during the transfer? What equipment are you using i.e what gateway? what phones?
