Transfer to VM

    Anyway to transfer a call to a users mobile?
    I see Transfer and <enter number> or Drag and Drop to Transfer to user extension.

    What if a VP runs out to lunch and says "only if Jack calls send it to my cell phone". I can't go tell them to setup an exception.
    The receptionist should be able to Transfer to Mobil. Maybe it is there and I am missing it.

    Hi there,

    This can be done automatically you can set up exceptions for the VP in their extensions settings > forwarding rules > exceptions tab. Also set up forwarding rules to ring the mobile when they are activated. Set up office hours so that calls only get routed during the hours you need.

    Then when they have set a status to away or out of office ect... the call will be routed to the mobile. Obviously you will have to tell them to set their status when they step out.

    Assuming their mobile number is programmed for their extension, you can click Transfer (or Att. Transfer) on the active call, then click on the Presence section, find their extension, and click the Call Mobile option.
