Transfer to voicemail of ring group

    Hi,

    I have an application which upon entering a verified pin, will forward the call to a ring group (ext: 8104).

    If invalid input is detected, it should forward to voicemail of that ring group, which I have done using "*8104". (I read this a few posts down on this forum).

    My call is clearly being transferred to *8104, however the call is disconnected rather than connected to the voicemail for the ring group.

    Is *8104 the right syntax?

    Answer - it's *4 in front of the extension, not just *

    That depends on the dial codes configured, and *4 is the default value.
