Transferred Calls from a Queue too long to go to voicemail

    Hello, I am using version 12.5 with Yealink t20p phones.

    When a call comes into a Queue, and then is answered. The person answering then transfers the call to another extension, this call sits and rings on that extension it appears for the time "Max Queue wait time" and not the 20 seconds the extension is set to ring before going to voicemail. (Note user is using the Blind Transfer)

    This is a problem as my queue is set for 10 minutes and people should not have to wait that time to get voicemail, nor should users have to discern whether a user is available, and if not press the *4 to force it to go to voicemail.

    Is this a known issue? Is there a fix or workaround?
