Transferring a Call To Voicemail Drops

    Hello,

    I have a very unusual problem that I hope I could get some insight on. I have a phone system that utilizes 2 hotlines. Unfortunately, when a call comes into one of those hotlines, and then transferred to ANYONE'S voice mail, the call gets dropped and we get the message "no action performed". We are at a loss as to why this would be happening. Anyone have any ideas??
