3CX Phone System Issue: When logged into the queues, if you transfer a call with the assistant (even when a call is not waiting in the queue) from anywhere on the 3CX application, the calls rings to your phone, but it is dead air. The person on the other end can hear you, but you cannot hear them, and have to call them back. When you make the call afterward, it works fine. If you log out of the queues and THEN transfer the calls by the 3cx assistant, it works properly. Is this a bug that needs worked on. We are running Beta 2 right now, or is there a fix for it?
