Transfers to voicemail but no voicemail enabled

    When I transfer a call, the dialog shows 2 entries for a number.
    1. Voicemail *4xxx
    2. Phone xxx

    If I enter a number followed by return the call is transferred to the voicemail box *4 in stead of the number and the call is terminated.

    Also on the extension the voicemail is not enabled so why does it show the voicemail *4?
