Transmitting Voice but Not receiving Voice

    The Yealink phone setup is causing the phone to transmitt voice but not receiving voice. Anybody have a beginning point to troubleshoot?

    Hi,
    Is this phone on the same LAN as the 3CX and other phones? (i.e. no problem with routing). Is it just the Yealink phone that is affected on that LAN? Also the 3CX log might suggest an issue with the session description protocol. The session description protocol (SDP) sets up agreed parameters between phone and 3CX. It could be that the phone is trying to use an incompatible codec. A factory eset of the phone may help. Also check that it has the correct firmware.
