trick for short number (shared Phone book)

    perhaps somone don't know the following this:

    You can create a shared phone book. To do this just create a new extension (for example 110) and enable under tab "Destination Unreachable/Forwarding" the Forward all calls to outside number. After dial 110 to reach that number from any Phone.

    Example:

    110=332225666 (William)
    111=332255222 (Roby)

    Nice trick, you can also use that to redirect calls to a cell phone when the user is not available.

    That is nice yes.
    However, under line status you will have a lot of unregistered phones (red dots) :-(

    Hi bluefox8080,

    100 red dots. Which is the problem? :twisted:

    I was joking. :lol:

    I find out that you can do the same thing by creating a Ring group (you can use for example 110 too as ring group number) and in this case we haven't the red dots.
