Trouble navigating menus on other phone systems

    Hey guys,

    I've run into an issue lately when i make an outbound call using 3cxphone and the company im calling has a phone navigation menu, ie, press 1 for customer service, press 2 for something else etc...

    For some reason, it works fine on some system, but others, it will contanstly say its an invalid extension. Its like im not pressing the right button. Then today, i tried to call a company, it i pressed 2, will the digitial voice person comes back and says, 2 2 is not a valid extension. Its like the phone is double tapping the 2 key.

    Anyone experience this?

    This may be related to how the DTMF signaling is set. Take a look at the following and then try changing your set-up -
