Trouble upgraded to SP4?

    Anybody else having trouble upgrading to the latest service pack?

    When I click Download, it immediately kicks me out to the login screen. I log back in a few minutes later and it is still asking me for an update, so I click Download again and then it stays suck on the "Download has started, please wait"

    You are correct, it kicks you back to the login screen. Eventhough you, the client, are at the login screen, the update is happening in the background. The SP4 update only takes about 5 minutes. Then log back in.

    Another way to do this is to configure notifications to be sent for actions such as the SIP Trunk unregistering and registering. Upon registering then the update is finished.

    I do think this could be programmed better to show feedback of the update process. Ultimately, it should have a bar that fills up when the update is complete.
