True Talk Time Report

    I was working on reports this month and suddenly i discovered that i cant report the true talk time ( other than on-hold time in which extension has hold the caller). i think its good if we can know that how much time an extension talked and how much kept the caller on hold!

    Great Idea, to have a report that can report the actual talk time vs time on hold

    I don't believe 3CX keeps track of how long a call has been on hold. It's not in the PostgreSQL database anywhere that I can find.
