Using V12 and Yealink T46's and would like to have different ringtones for toll free numbers. If 800-123-4567 on voip provider A is called, ringtone1.mp3 is played. If 866-987-6543 is called on voip provider B, ringtone2.mp3 is played. Is this or something like this possible?

    Possibly.

Ring tones are usually generated by the phone based upon the Invite in the SIP message. However, different phones may use different parameters to determine which tone to use. You best bet, lacking someone else on the board who may have already done this, is to get the Administrator's manual from the Yealink website to understand how they implement the feature and then wireshark so you can examine what is in the Invite that triggers the tone value.

Some phones may not allow the use of user uploaded ring tones. However, they will usually have a preloaded set of ring tones from which to select.

You may have to adjust some of the inbound parameters in order to get the Invite set to what you need and there is no guarantee that setting to get what you want might not also affect the system or what is currently being delivered. BY this I mean that in order to get the Trunk Number to show so the phone will react, you might affect caller-id of the actual caller.

Don't forget that 3CX can send the trunk name that you assign if visual clues will suffice or if you are unable to get the tones to work.
