Trunk CUCM with 3CX

    Morning All

    I am trying to link a CUCM 8.6 to 3CX.

    At the moment I have it setup as a VOIP Provider in 3CX. It all appears to work, except for DTMF tones.

    Have I done the right thing linking them as a VOIP Provider, or should I set it up as a Gateway?

    Anyone got any pointers where I may have gone wrong?

    If everything else is working as it should, then check the settings for DTMF Method, all devices should be set to the same.
