trunk failingg with busy tone

    We have 3cx v12 sp3 installed connected to our phone system via a dialogic DMG2030

    every few hours the server fails to answer calls instead giving a busy tone. the only way to get it working again is to restart the trunk.
    the trunk appears as registered idle.
    outbound calls work fine while this occurs.

    any ideas would be great.

    Going over the 3CX logs, looking for any sort of error messages, would be a good place to start. Check to see if an incoming call (when one fails) is even reaching 3CX, if not, then you may have a gateway issue.
