Try to transfer call - if not successfull transfer to other number

    I'm designing a new CFD App and I have a problem. I want to transfer a call to a phone number for example for 20sec. If nobody is taking the call it should be trasfered to another number.

    How can I achive this in Call Flow Designer?

    It would be gread, if there is a solution.

    Hi @Mini25,

    From the Call Flow Designer calls are always blindly transferred, and as soon as you transfer the call, you lose control over it. The only way would be to configure a "Destination if no answer" for the extension where you're transfering the call the first time...
