Trying to implement custom CRM implementation

    I was trying to implement resolving contacts with the crm-intergration method.

    So I was writing an xml-file for my custom provider.
    This provider is called well, whenever an incoming call is not recognized in the current phonebook.
    The new contact is added to the phonebook.
    But, unfortunately the contact is not displayed on the desktop phones at the first call.
    The second time, the contact is resolved correctly.

    I need to display the resolved contact immediately on the first call.
    Is this possible with the crm-integration?
    Also I need to block a call based on the resolved contact.

    There seems to be are also some bugs.
    - At least "Template Generator" is unable to handle xml correctly
    - "Template Generator" throws an exception if no parameter exists
    - The same contact is added hundreds of time on a single call
