    Hello there,

Could you please try the following and let us know if ti works?

Go to C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\xxxxxxxxxx\firmware_new and edit the file firmwares.json

Find C600 and C400 and remove the ".D" from the "ServerVersion" and "LocalVersion" if it is there. Save it and try again.

Ideally if you have these models attached to your network unplug them for the update procedure.

What I would like to add here is that you need to also restart Management Console Service.

So after you remove .D and save, restart MC Service and try again.
