I'm not sure where to post this so please move it to the correct place if this isn't it.
We have our 3CX system configured with our office hours to prevent further inbound calls outside of that time, instead redirecting them to VM.
Our office hours are configured as 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri
However, if I am out of the office and using the tunnel to connect and still on a call at 5pm it drops my outbound audio. I've tested this a few times and it is consistent.
Also, this then will not let me make outbound calls after 5pm when using the tunnel.
I have also tested this when in the office using a normal connection over our LAN to the PBX and when that is the case it works just fine.
Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated.
