Two digital receptionists?

    Is there a way in which we could have two digital receptionists on the same 3CX system.

    We currently have a digital receptionist set up for when people phone our general office number which is so far working very well... However we would like to have a second one set up which would be linked to a separate direct dial number. I.e. If somebody called that extension they would receive a different menu.

    I am fairly new to 3CX and cannot find any details in the manual about setting this up.
    Does anybody know if, firstly this can actually be done, and if so how?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    you can have as many as you want. just click on teh DR tree on the left and the add a new at the top of the page. you can then set the did to go to that DR.

    I would make a flow tree on paper for what you want to do, it's a lot easier to make it happen in the PBX that way...
